- Registration fees will be free.
- Only registered member can purchase the plot of the company.
- The plot taken by the members will attract the commission at prescribed rates, which may differ time to time.
- The purchases by the members, referred by other members will also attract Commission at prescribed rates.
- The member has no right to have interference in the fixation of rates and timing of the distribution of commission.
- The TDS shall be applied at the prescribed rates as per relevant Finance act.
- GST shall be applied at different rates on different products as per the GST Act.
- The company has the right to delete any distribution from the list of members at any time at its discretion without explaining the reason.
- All the terms and conditions shall be binding on members.
Any of the clause or clauses I terms and conditions can be added and deleted at any point of time by the company.
